The Role
Own RISE with SAP Run Operations , leading major incidents and critical changes for 700+ ECS customers and 45,000+ SAP hosts , ensuring SLA‑driven, resilient service delivery.
Lead SAP HANA & database operations at scale , covering lifecycle management, performance tuning, replication (Primary/Secondary/DR), backups, DR testing, and Sybase upgrades.
Drive SAP Basis & landscape excellence , managing ABAP and Java systems, upgrades, system refreshes, and enabling S/4
HANA conversions aligned with SAP Activate .
Enable secure hybrid integration , operating SAP Cloud Connector, managing S/4
HANA-Enterprise Portal integrations, and maintaining robust RFC and interface connectivity.
Deliver enterprise SAP analytics services , operating SAP BOBJ 4.x with installations, upgrades, SIA/service configuration, and BOBJ-BW connectivity under RISE.
Provide governance for security and change , managing SSL, SAP Security Notes, Onapsis, Cyber Ark, and enterprise‑wide release control via Active Control and SAP Change Enablement.
