Role
Purpose:
This role serves as a critical liaison between business stakeholders, clients, partner organizations, product, and engineering teams. It is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, and translating them into clear functional specifications to enable effective solution delivery. This role drives successful execution of product enhancements, client integrations, and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders. It also supports collaboration with Australia-based clients and stakeholders, with flexibility to align to client business hours on an as-needed basis depending on project requirements.
Responsibilities we entrust you with:
Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering –
Understand business objectives and translate them into detailed functional requirements.
Create and maintain: BRD's, User Stories, Use cases, Process Flows, Business Rules, Acceptance Criteria
Perform gap analysis and recommend appropriate solutions.
Product Delivery & Execution
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and Operations teams.
Support solution design discussions and reviews.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Track requirement implementation and ensure successful delivery.
Client & Partner Management
- Collaborate with clients and partner organizations to understand and deliver business objectives. Act as a key point of contact during requirement discussions and solution walkthroughs.
Manage requirement changes and conduct impact assessments.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze transactional and operational data.
Generate insights and support business decision making through data analysis.
Validate business scenarios and system outputs.
Support KPI tracking and reporting initiatives.
What matters in this role:
6–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Strong understanding of payment ecosystems and transaction workflows.
Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Strong communications skills and charismatic personality are pre-requisites. Strong documentation and presentation skills.
Experience in Gift Cards, Payments, Fin Tech, or Stored Value domain
Flexibility to support Australia client business hours when required.
