Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on communications strategy, reputation management, and media engagement.
Lead day-to-day client servicing and ensure high-quality delivery across mandates.
Develop strategic communication plans aligned with client business objectives.

Media & Narrative Development

Build and maintain strong relationships with technology, business, and trade media.
Develop compelling narratives, thought leadership opportunities, and media engagement strategies.
Oversee development of press materials including press releases, media pitches, opinion pieces, and executive profiles.

Campaign & Program Management

Lead integrated communications campaigns including product launches, corporate announcements, executive profiling, and industry events.
Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging issues within the technology sector.
Deliver insights and recommendations that support client positioning and reputation.

Team Leadership

Manage and mentor junior team members including Account Executives and Account Managers.
Ensure quality control across client deliverables.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Business Growth

Support new business development through proposal writing, client presentations, and strategic input.
Identify opportunities to expand existing client mandates.

Skills & Qualifications

6+ years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or integrated communications agencies.
Strong understanding of the technology sector including enterprise tech, AI, cloud, startups, and emerging technologies.
Established relationships with technology and business media.
Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
Experience managing client relationships and leading teams.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
