We are seeking an experienced Service Now Developer with a minimum of 6+ years of hands-on expertise on the Service Now platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in UI Builder to develop Workspace front end, Service Now Scripting, with added advantage if candidate is experienced in CSM, Now Assist, and AgenticAI implementations.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on development experience on the Service Now platform.

• 8+ years experience workin in software industry building enterprise applications.

• Utilize UI Builder to design and configure modern, scalable user interfaces.

• Implement Now Assist and AgentAI capabilities to improve automation, intelligence, and customer experience.

• Hands on development & Implementation Experience in Now Assist (GenAI features) and AgenticAI solutions.

• Strong expertise in Script Includes, Service Portal development, and UI Builder.

• Proficiency in Service Now Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS, React for Service Now customizations.

• Experience in ACL, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Reporting/Dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage)

• Certified System Administrator (CSA).

• Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)

• Implementation experience in Customer Service Management (CSM).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize applications on the Service Now platform to meet business needs.

• Build and maintain Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Integration APIs.

• Develop and enhance Service Portal components, Catalog Items, Widgets, and Workflows.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues within Service Now applications.
