Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to support the execution of our change management and communications stream across 4 business domains and over 40 use cases. This role is designed to support the Change Management/Communication-owner in the IX Program Management Team and will work closely with the Domain and Use Case Teams as well as our external communications partner to ensure consistent, impactful, and audience-tailored messaging and engagement.
The initial allocation will be on highest priority initiatives to support effective scaling and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Management Execution
Support the deployment and refinement of the IX change management approach as well as the associated IX change management toolkit.
Partner with use case teams to embed change practices, ensure adoption, gather feedback and track value.
Coordinate and extend change management training plans.
Help establish and nurture a community of practice aligned with the Agile Ways of Working Stream.
Interface with other areas of change in NXP to align change management activities.
Communications Strategy & Delivery
Drive the execution of the IX communications plan on 3 levels:
NXP-wide channels (e.g., NXP Global Pulse Meeting, Innovation World Tour, Strategy Campaigns)
Domain- or region-specific channels (e.g., domain-aligned organization leadership or workforce forums and associated cascading)
Use Case specific communication
Associated responsibilities include:
Coordinate spotlight communication across internal platforms for use cases and achievements
Coordinate with communication agency to tailor messaging and communication assets for various audiences.
Facilitate cascading communications through leadership briefings, townhalls, and roadshows.
Ensure consistent messaging across IX use cases, Data & AI or broader IT initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a liaison between the IX Office, domain leads, and site coordinators to ensure alignment and timely execution of communication and change activities.
Support leadership mobilization and briefing efforts to enable effective message cascading.
Monitor feedback and pulse from the organization to refine communication and change approaches.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in change management and internal communications, ideally in a large-scale transformation context.
Familiarity with digital transformation concepts and agile methodologies.
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience working with or managing external communication agencies is a plus.
