Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Objects (SAP BO) Developer / BI Consultant with strong expertise in business intelligence, analytics, and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP Business Objects, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and data modeling. The role involves gathering business requirements, designing analytical solutions, developing dashboards and reports, and optimizing performance to support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and reporting requirements from stakeholders.
Design and develop enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using SAP Business Objects (BO).
Create and maintain Universes, semantic layers, dashboards, and reports.
Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI, and Tableau.
Perform data modeling and ensure scalable, efficient reporting architectures.
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
Implement complex business logic using BO formulas, DAX, and Tableau LOD calculations.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize report and dashboard performance.
Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation standards are maintained.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue resolution, and end-user training.
Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver analytical solutions.
Utilize Python and Excel for data preparation, validation, and automation activities where required.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.
