Conduct UAT, validate deliverables, and support project planning

Business requirement documents, user stories, and functional specifications
Wireframes, mockups, personas, and analytical dashboard inputs
Role-based, KPI-driven dashboards with drill-down capabilities
Continuous process improvements aligned with business objectives
