We at Coforge are seeking a 'Server Maintenance Specialist' to to manage critical data center operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
Handle server hardware troubleshoot in g (Dell & HP Servers & IBM servers)
Perform root cause analysis & resolve IPMI-related issues
Monitor system performance, health & alerts proactively
Manage server tickets & ensure SLA-based resolution
Coordinate with OEMs & vendors for critical issue handling
Maintain inventory & asset tracking in EMS
Support Data Center (DC) & Disaster Recovery (DR) operations
Work on server installations, performance tuning & reporting
8+ years of experience in Server Hardware / Data Center Environment
Strong Linux/Red Hat Administration skills
Experience with Dell & HP Servers, IPMI tools
Knowledge of server architecture, OS, and boot processes
Certifications like RHCSA / RHCE / LFCS are a plus
