Role Description
The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for planning and executing social media strategies across platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
We're looking for a passionate, creative, and tech-savvy professional to lead our complete digital presence.
This isn't just a social media role—you're the person responsible for building and managing the digital backbone of our brands.

What we expect from you:
Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, You Tube, X, Pinterest, etc.)
Plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality content including reels, videos, product photography, and graphics
Build and execute content calendars across all brands
Drive organic growth through engaging and data-driven content
Develop and execute SEO & SMO strategies
Oversee website development, maintenance, and optimization
Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and external agencies
Monitor analytics, generate reports, and continuously improve performance
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, AI tools, and digital marketing strategies
Leverage AI to automate workflows, improve content creation, and develop innovative digital solutions for the natural stone and engineered stone industry
Build our brands into industry leaders across every digital platform
Strong skills in utilising AI and Photoshop to create visuals/renders for homeowners mainly stone/slab applications.

We are looking for:
Passionate about storytelling and branding
Obsessed with social media trends and viral content
Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and marketing
Self-driven and capable of taking complete ownership of digital marketing
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.

Preferred Experience:

3–5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work
Experience managing multiple brand accounts
Proven track record of growing social media accounts organically
Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Search Console, Word Press, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Cap Cut, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, website optimization, and performance marketing is a strong advantage
