Role Objective
Lead end to end implementation of Logic Monitor for enterprise accounts, covering onboarding, customization, integrations, and transition to steady state operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own complete Logic Monitor implementation lifecycle: requirement analysis, design, onboarding, and production rollout

• Onboard large-scale infrastructure (cloud, on prem, network, storage) using best practice collector and discovery models

• Design and implement alert strategies, escalation policies, dashboards, and reports aligned to SLAs/SLOs

• Integrate Logic Monitor with ITSM, CMDB, and automation platforms

• Drive performance tuning, alert reduction, and noise optimization during stabilization

• Provide implementation documentation, KT, and transition support to operations teams

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience implementing Logic Monitor in enterprise environments

• Deep understanding of infrastructure, networking, cloud, and monitoring architectures

• Experience with ITSM integrations and monitoring design best practices
