As a Customer Success – Solutions professional, you will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, driving successful product implementations, enabling adoption, delivering business value, and shaping product evolution through customer insights. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, functional RGM expertise, technical understanding, and strong stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Product Implementation
Lead end-to-end customer implementations of Asper.ai solutions.
Understand customer workflows, data structures, and business decision-making processes.
Translate business requirements into product configurations, data mappings, and workflows.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to ensure successful delivery and alignment with customer objectives.
Customer Success & Adoption
Act as the primary business liaison for customer engagements.
Drive product adoption and value realization across customer organizations.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and executive reviews.
Prepare business updates, insights, and milestone presentations for senior stakeholders.
Insights & Business Value Creation
Review analytical outputs and model recommendations with Data Science teams.
Support customers in scenario planning, business case development, and value quantification.
Translate complex analyses into actionable business recommendations and compelling narratives.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (mandatory).
MBA or Master's degree in Management is preferred.
Experience
5–8 years of relevant experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Analytics, RGM, or related domains.
Skills & Expertise
Client Management
Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
Ability to convert customer needs into actionable product enhancements and roadmap inputs.
Experience conducting client workshops, trainings, and executive presentations.
Revenue Growth Management (RGM)
Deep understanding of key RGM levers, including Pricing, Promotions, Pack-Price Architecture (PPA), Mix Optimization, and Trade Investments.
Ability to apply RGM concepts to solve real business challenges.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and storytelling capabilities.
Ability to structure ambiguous business problems and develop practical solutions.
Communication & Collaboration
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to simplify complex data, models, and insights for business stakeholders.
Experience working across cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
Technical & AI Competencies
Strong understanding of pricing and promotion analytics.
Familiarity with data models, APIs, integrations, and structured data environments.
Knowledge of POS, Finance, Promotion Calendar, and Retail/CPG datasets.
