Responsibilities:
Work closely with Senior Strategic engagement manager and support them based on business need.
Support the resource onboarding and offboarding processes.
Be Point of contact with vendors based on requirement
Approving resource timecards and cross checking their leave plans.
Work with SPA’s to manage overall SR project health - including burn rates, weekly status, customer specific reporting, project financials, change orders and extensions, etc.

Qualifications:

2+ years of Resource management experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
Prior experience in staffing or recruiting is strongly preferred.
Ability to work independently and solve customer-facing problems.
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
