THE ROLE
The Digital Engineering Solutions Manager will be pivotal in steering the growth and operational excellence of a dynamic team of 100 professionals. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong technical foundation to lead digital engineering initiatives. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in advancing our technological capabilities and ensuring the seamless execution of projects aligning with our strategic objectives.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage a team of 100 digital engineering professionals, guiding them towards achieving project goals and objectives.
- Drive the development and implementation of innovative digital engineering solutions using Java, Microservices, Spring boot, Azure, and Azure Dev Ops.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute technology strategies that enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with company standards and client requirements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Maintain an expert understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our solutions at the forefront of the market.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- P roven experience in program management and digital engineering, particularly within the Pharma / Medtech domain.
- Strong technical expertise in Java, Microservices, Spring boot, Azure, and Azure Dev Ops.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
