3–6+ years of experience administering Walk Me or a comparable digital adoption platform.
Proven experience implementing both Walk Me DAP and Walk Me Learning Arc.
Strong understanding of user adoption, contextual learning, and change enablement concepts.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
