Inside Sales Specialist

Location: Bengaluru

We are seeking a proactive Telecaller & Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in telecalling, preferably with experience in SAP Or Oracle Cloud solutions. Additionally, the role involves managing digital marketing activities such as email campaigns, Linked In engagement, and handling incoming leads to support our sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospects to generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Manage inbound inquiries and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and Linked In outreach.
Monitor and respond to inquiries through various digital channels promptly.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead activities in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities and campaign performance.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to enhance marketing strategies.

Skills &

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or related field.
Proven experience (3-5 years) in telecalling, preferably in the SAP Cloud ERP or enterprise software domain.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Fluency of one south Indian languages is mandatory, preferably Kannada or Tamil.
Hands-on experience in digital marketing tools and techniques, including email campaigns and Linked In.
