Key Responsibilities
:

Architect and manage enterprise print infrastructure (on‑prem and cloud‑based)
.Deploy, configure, and maintain  Print Server s, print queues, and driver repositories
.Manage enterprise print management tools such as  Papercut, Equitrac, Safe Com, uniFLOW, Printer Logi c, etc
.Provide L2/L3 support for complex print issues and escalations
.Implement secure print solutions, pull printing, and print auditing
.Optimize print workflows, print fleet utilization, and reduce operational costs
.Oversee MFD installation, configuration, firmware updates, and fleet management
.Troubleshoot driver conflicts, spooler issues, connectivity failures, and print performance problems
.Collaborate with vendors (HP, Canon, Ricoh, Xerox, Kyocera, Lexmark)
.Document architecture diagrams, SOPs, configurations, and support guidelines
.Lead print modernization initiatives such as  serverless printin g, cloud print, and automation
.Manage SLA adherence, capacity planning, and reporting

Required Technical Skill
s:

Strong expertise i n Windows Print Server Manageme nt and print spooler service
s.Experience i n driver manageme nt (Universal Print Driver, PCL, Post Script
).Hands-on with MFDs from major OEMs (HP, Canon, Xerox, Ricoh, etc.
).Proficiency in enterprise print solution
