Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Linked In Personal Branding Specialist. The person in this role will be responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing Linked In content to strengthen the personal brands of leaders and key voices associated with Dazeinfo . Day-to-day tasks include researching industry trends, drafting and refining thought leadership posts, carousels, and short-form content, and aligning messaging with the company’s data-rich reports and insights.
The role involves managing posting calendars, engaging with relevant communities, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring performance analytics to refine content strategy. Collaboration with research, editorial, and marketing teams will be essential to ensure that Linked In narratives reflect Dazeinfo’s expertise, tone, and strategic objectives.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Linked In personal branding, including creating thought leadership content, managing profiles, and growing professional audiences.
Strong interest in startups, technology, business, and the Indian ecosystem.
Exposure to sectors like AI, SaaS, fintech, enterprise tech, VC, or the digital economy
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to convert complex data, reports, and insights into clear, engaging Linked In posts and narratives.
Familiarity with social media strategy, especially for B2B audiences, including content planning, audience targeting, and performance optimization on Linked In.
Ability to conduct independent research on industry trends, competitive positioning, and audience interests to inform content direction.
Comfort with analytics tools (native Linked In analytics or third-party tools) to track engagement, follower growth, and campaign effectiveness.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to collaborate with senior leaders and subject-matter experts.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment when representing executives and the organization in a public, professional forum.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines consistently.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in business, technology, startup, or market research domains is a strong advantage.
