We are looking for a highly motivated Pre-Sales Solution Associate who can bridge client
requirements with effective learning solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a strong
understanding of enterprise learning, instructional design, and technology domains while
working closely with sales, trainers, content teams, and project managers to deliver winning
learning proposals.
Role Overview
As a Pre-Sales Solution Associate, you will work alongside the Enterprise Sales team to
understand client learning requirements and design customized training solutions that address
business objectives. You will be responsible for curriculum design, learning solutioning, proposal
development, trainer coordination, LMS readiness, and supporting successful program
execution.
This role requires a blend of technical understanding, instructional design expertise, stakeholder
management, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Client Requirement Analysis & Solutioning
● Participate in discovery meetings with enterprise clients alongside the Sales team to
understand business challenges, learning objectives, skill gaps, and training
requirements.
● Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions aligned with
organizational goals.
● Design customized learning journeys, certification pathways, and capability-building
roadmaps.
● Present proposed learning solutions and training approaches during client discussions.
Curriculum & Learning Design
● Develop customized curricula based on client requirements across various technology
domains.
● Define learning objectives, program outcomes, delivery methodology, hands-on labs,
capstone projects, assessments, and certification strategy.
● Recommend appropriate pedagogy including instructor-led training, virtual learning,
self-paced modules, blended learning, workshops, hackathons, and project-based
learning.
● Continuously refine curricula based on client feedback, technology updates, and industry
trends.
Proposal Development
● Prepare high-quality technical proposals, solution documents, approach notes, and
presentation decks.
● Clearly articulate the proposed learning methodology, curriculum structure, delivery
plan, assessment strategy, and expected outcomes.
● Work closely with Sales to develop compelling solution documents that improve
proposal win rates.
Trainer & Delivery Coordination
● Evaluate and review trainer profiles before sharing them with clients.
● Conduct trainer briefings to ensure alignment with client expectations, learning
objectives, delivery methodology, and program outcomes.
● Coordinate with trainers during curriculum finalization and program preparation.
LMS & Program Readiness
● Coordinate LMS setup for training programs.
● Ensure timely upload of course content, learning resources, assessments, assignments,
and supporting materials.
● Validate learner readiness before program launch.
Delivery Support
● Work closely with Project Managers throughout the training lifecycle.
● Support curriculum revisions based on evolving client requirements.
● Coordinate assessments, assignments, certifications, and program documentation.
● Gather and address client feedback to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
● Act as the bridge between Sales, Delivery, Trainers, Content, and Project Management
teams.
Cross-functional Collaboration
● Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely program launch and successful
execution.
