- Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to serve as  Director – Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery & Operational Resilience . This role will be responsible for the design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of the organization's Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Disaster Recovery (DR) programs.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in BCP/DR frameworks, regulatory expectations, crisis management, testing, and recovery strategies while serving as a key partner to Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Operational Risk, Compliance, Information Security, Technology, and Business Leadership teams. This leader will drive resilience across the enterprise, ensuring critical business services can withstand, respond to, and recover from disruptions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-wide Business Continuity (BCM) and Disaster Recovery (DR) programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational resilience.
Develop and maintain BCM/DR policies, recovery strategies, BIAs, risk assessments, RTOs, and RPOs.
Partner with Operational Risk and Enterprise Risk teams to identify resilience risks, address control gaps, and align continuity programs with risk management frameworks.
Lead crisis management, incident response, recovery planning, and executive-level simulation exercises.
Manage BCM/DR testing, failover exercises, recovery validations, and remediation activities.
Oversee resilience governance, metrics, reporting, audits, and regulatory reviews.
Engage with senior leadership, technology teams, and business stakeholders to strengthen organizational resilience and program adoption.
Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement in resilience and recovery capabilities.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Risk Management, IT, Finance, or a related field.
12–15+ years of experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Operational Risk, or Operational Resilience.
Proven experience leading enterprise-wide BCM/DR programs in regulated environments.
Strong knowledge of operational and enterprise risk management frameworks.
Experience partnering with ERM, Compliance, Audit, Technology, Information Security, and business teams.
Hands-on experience in crisis management, recovery testing, and resilience exercises.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders.

Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree (MBA, Risk Management, Information Systems, or related discipline).

Experience with operational resilience frameworks and regulatory expectations across financial services, technology, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
Professional certification in the related field are an added advantage.
