We are looking for a passionate content creator who can showcase our journey and help us build one of the strongest construction brands on social media.

Roles & Responsibilities

Content Planning & Strategy

- Work closely with the founders to understand weekly content ideas and marketing goals.
- Convert concepts into engaging Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts, You Tube videos, and other social media content.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT effectively to develop high-quality scripts from the concepts provided by the team.
- Research trending formats, hooks, storytelling styles, and editing techniques relevant to architecture and construction.

Video Production

- Shoot high-quality videos at construction sites, office, client meetings, walkthroughs, and completed projects.
- Capture cinematic footage using mobile phones, cameras, drones (if available), and stabilizers.
- Record interviews, voiceovers, educational videos, and behind-the-scenes content.

Video Editing

- Edit engaging Instagram Reels and You Tube Shorts with fast-paced storytelling.
- Edit long-form You Tube videos and project walkthroughs.
- Create professional portfolio videos for completed projects.
- Regularly edit ongoing site progress videos into engaging updates.
- Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, colour correction, and background music suitable for each platform.

Social Media Management

- Manage Aarna Ventures' Instagram and You Tube channels.
- Upload content with optimized titles, descriptions, thumbnails, hashtags, and SEO keywords.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Track analytics and improve content based on audience performance.
- Increase reach, engagement, followers, and lead generation through organic content.

Creative Responsibilities

- Suggest new content ideas every week.
- Create educational, entertaining, and trust-building content around architecture, interiors, construction, budgeting, planning, and site execution.
- Help build the personal brand of the founders through video content.
- Assist in designing presentations, project portfolios, brochures, and marketing materials whenever required.

Skills Required

- Excellent videography skills.
- Strong video editing skills using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or Cap Cut.
- Good understanding of Instagram and You Tube algorithms.
- Ability to write compelling scripts using ChatGPT and AI tools.
- Knowledge of camera angles, lighting, framing, and storytelling.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Photoshop are an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English. Kannada is an added advantage.
- Passion for architecture, interiors, and construction content.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, videography, or social media management.
- Freshers with an exceptional portfolio and editing skills are also welcome to apply.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Minimum 20–25 Instagram Reels per month.
- Minimum 8–10 You Tube Shorts per month.
- 2–4 You Tube long-form videos per month.
- Consistent project portfolio updates.
- Weekly social media content calendar.
- Improvement in reach, engagement, followers, and qualified leads.
- Timely delivery of all editing and content requirements.

Bonus Points

- Experience in architecture, interiors, construction, or real estate content.
- Drone videography experience.
- Motion graphics and animation skills.
- Photography skills for completed projects.
