mes✅ Manage cross-functional teams including functional, technical, and business stakehold

nts✅ Oversee release planning, change management, and production support activit
ies✅ Identify and implement process enhancements, automation opportunities, and AI-led interventi
ons✅ Collaborate with vendors and CoE teams to pilot and scale innovati
ons✅ Work on predictive analytics, conversational AI, and Gen AI-based HR support to
ols✅ Drive adoption of new Success Factors features, releases, and product enhanceme
nts✅ Integrate Gen AI capabilities within HR processes such as intelligent chatbots, role-skill mapping, and workforce analyt
ics✅ Partner with SAP and internal product teams to evaluate, test, and deploy latest platform functional it
ies✅ Develop and maintain knowledge base, product updates, FAQs, playbooks, and best practi
ces✅ Conduct enablement sessions and experience-sharing worksh
ops✅ Drive project governance, RITMS status reporting, RAID management, steering committee updates, and action plan deliverab
les✅ Manage stakeholder communication, risk management, and delivery assura
nce✅ Establish governance practices including OKRs, KPIs, and improvement dashboa
rds

✔️ 10+ years of total experi
ence✔️ 5+ years of experience in Success Factors project manage
ment✔️ 8–12 years of experience in SAP ecosy
stem✔️ Strong experience managing Success Factors implementations and sup
port✔️ Hands-on experience with Success Factors integrations — SF APIs, CPI, Middle
ware✔️
Experience with Success Factors modules such as EC, PMGM, ONB, COMP
etc.✔️ Must have valid certification in Success Factors EC module and
CPI✔️ Strong understanding of SAP cloud platform, integration architecture, and extensibility opt
ions✔️ Proven project management experience in Agile / Scrum / Hybrid methodolo
gies✔️ Strong knowledge of connecting Success Factors with downstream and upstream applicat
ions✔️ Exposure to AI / ML or Gen AI integrations in business processes prefe
rred✔️ Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication sk
ills✔️ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discip
