We work with 300+ global clients, mostly US-headquartered, who are building teams in India and want a partner who understands both the operational reality on the ground and where they're trying to take their business.

Role Overview :
As Client Success Advisor, you'll be the person founders and leaders turn to as they build and scale their India presence. This isn't an account management role focused on retention metrics. It's an advisory role: you'll understand where a client's organization is today, what they're trying to build, and where they're trying to go, and then help them get there.
That means moving fluidly across whatever the growth journey demands. One conversation might be about org design and the first ten hires in India. Another might be about restructuring a CX function, sharpening a marketing motion, or planning a tech stack around AI and agentic tooling. You'll need enough range to advise credibly on people, operations, and technology, and enough judgment to know which lever matters most for a given client at a given stage.

What you'll do:
Build trusted relationships with founders and senior leaders at client companies. You'll be their primary thinking partner on everything related to their India operation, the person they call before making a major decision about their team here.
Develop a deep understanding of each client's business. Where are they in their journey, what are they trying to build, what does success look like to them, and what's standing in the way. You'll hold a clear picture of each client's stage, constraints, and ambitions, and revisit it as things change.
Advise on building and scaling teams in India. This spans the full arc: which roles to hire first, how to sequence a team as it grows, how to structure functions like product, engineering, CX, and marketing, and how to think about leadership and reporting lines as the org matures.
Bring a technical perspective to planning. When a client is thinking about how their team will actually operate, you'll be able to talk concretely about modern tech stacks, AI agents, and agentic optimization, and how those choices shape what they need from the people they hire.
Translate goals into plans, then help execute. Advice is only useful if it lands. You'll turn a client's objectives into concrete, sequenced plans and stay with them through execution, adjusting as the situation evolves.
Be the connective tissue between clients and Wisemonk. You'll bring the client's context back into the company so the rest of our teams can serve them well, and you'll bring Wisemonk's capabilities to the client at the right moments.
Spot what the client can't see yet. Because you'll work across many companies at similar stages, you'll recognize patterns an individual founder won't. Part of the value you bring is naming the risk or opportunity before it becomes obvious.

What we're looking for:

Demonstrated ability to advise founders or senior leaders and earn their trust quickly.
Strong commercial and strategic judgment, with the range to discuss org design, operations, and technology in the same conversation.
Fluency with modern technology and AI tooling, enough to plan and advise credibly.
Excellent communication, with the ability to listen first and advise with empathy.
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward concrete, actionable guidance.

Good to have:
Prior experience as a founder, operator, or consultant working with startups.
Exposure to global companies building or expanding teams in India.
