About the Role:

Associate Project Manager
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and client-focused Project Manager to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving projects, communicating with confidence, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional work.

During your probation period, you’ll work closely with senior project managers and leadership, gaining hands-on experience in managing client engagements, coordinating creative and technology teams, and driving end-to-end project execution. As you grow, you’ll progressively take ownership of project planning, stakeholder communication, resource coordination, and delivery management, with a clear pathway to transition into a Project Manager role based on performance.

What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinate project scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones across multiple projects.
Manage day-to-day communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Work closely with senior leadership during client discussions, review meetings, and project planning sessions.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including designers, developers, content strategists, animators, and QA teams.
Track project schedules, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation.
Prepare meeting notes, project documentation, status reports, and project trackers.
Review deliverables before client submissions to ensure quality and consistency.
Collaborate with technical and creative teams to understand requirements and facilitate smooth execution.
Support project estimation, planning, task prioritization, and delivery management.
Contribute to improving internal project management processes and team collaboration.

What You’ll Need
MBA with a specialization in Operations, Project Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
0–1 year of experience in Project Management, Account Management, Operations, IT, or a related field.
Freshers with exceptional communication skills and strong leadership potential are encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of UI/UX, branding, websites, digital experiences, creative workflows, and technology-driven solutions.
A creative mindset with the ability to think critically and adapt quickly.
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, ownership-driven, and client-first mindset.
