Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst (Agile/Scrum)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced  Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst  with expertise in  Project Management, Business Analysis, and Agile/Scrum  to lead the successful delivery of technology projects. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective technical solutions while delivering projects on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource allocation.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Development, QA, Dev Ops, Product Owners, and Business stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project governance standards.
Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
Manage project change requests and ensure proper impact assessment and approvals.
Business Analysis
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, and process mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE).
Perform impact analysis and ensure complete requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), solution validation, and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
Agile / Scrum
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and refine product backlogs.
Track sprint progress, identify impediments, and enable timely delivery.
Promote Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and executive leadership.
Communicate project status, milestones, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans effectively.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate efficiently with global and cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
Required Skills & Experience
7–10 years of experience in  Project Management  with hands-on  Business Analysis  expertise.
Proven experience delivering technical projects involving application development, cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and project delivery methodologies.
Expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, business process analysis, and documentation.
Proficiency with  JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and/or Azure Dev Ops .
Good understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and basic SQL.
Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as  PMP, CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, CBAP, or PRINCE2 .
Exposure to cloud platforms ( AWS, Azure, or GCP ), Dev Ops practices, and reporting tools such as  Power BI  or  Tableau .
Experience working with geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones.
