Mode - Hybrid (3 days from office)

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution:
Own the full lifecycle of technical projects
-from initiation and planning to delivery and closure.
Team Coordination:
Collaborate with Dev, QA, BA, and Architecture teams to ensure alignment and progress across all work streams.
Stakeholder Communication:
Gather requirements, manage expectations, and deliver product demos to internal and external stakeholders.
Tool Utilization:
Use project management platforms (e.g., Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Confluence) and AI-powered tools to streamline execution and reporting.
Risk & Issue Management:
Identify potential risks early, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Agile Delivery:
Apply Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to manage ceremonies - without being confined to a Scrum Master role.
Presentation & Reporting:
Create presentations and dashboards to communicate status, progress, and outcomes to leadership in the form of PS

Required Skills & Qualification
10+ years of experience in technical project management.
Experience in in execution of Enterprise level Salesforce projects is requi red
Ability to manage cross-functional technical teams and deliver complex projects
Proficiency in tools like Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Confluence, and presentation platforms
Familiarity with Salesforce eco system
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodolog ies
Must have solid experience of working in Scaled Agile Methodolo gy.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines
Certified candidates are preferred (e.g., SAFe, CSM or other Agile Certifications)
Must be ready to work from office for atleast 3 days a week from Bangalore office.
