Role Overview :
The Assistant Project Manager (APM) in the Implementation Team will be responsible for managing and executing client onboarding projects, coordinating between cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of Convin’s solutions. The role requires strong project management skills, technical acumen, and the ability to drive customer success through effective implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution :
Define timelines, align teams, and manage project plans for successful delivery.
Stakeholder Management :
Be the go-to contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
Technical Oversight :
Work with Engineering and Product teams to guide integration, configuration, and deployment processes.
Risk & Issue Management :
Proactively identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and ensure contingency planning.
Process Optimization :
Standardize implementation practices to improve scalability and execution speed.
Reporting & Metrics :
Monitor project progress, generate status reports, and ensure alignment with KPIs and success metrics.
Cross-functional Collaboration :
Partner with Sales, Support, and Customer Success to create a world-class onboarding journey.

Key

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience : 2-4 years in technical project management, SaaS implementation, or enterprise software delivery.
Project Management Skills :
Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, or PMP methodologies.
Technical Acumen :
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and cloud-based software deployment.
Problem Solving :
Quick thinker with a strong ability to troubleshoot implementation blockers.
Communication :
Excellent interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders across tech and business teams.
Tool Familiarity :

Experience with tools like JIRA, Asana, , Trello and CRMs like Hub Spot or Salesforce.
Process Focus :
Comfortable defining and documenting scalable project workflows.

Good-to-Have:

Exposure to  AI/ML-powered SaaS  or  Conversation Intelligence tools .
Prior experience in  client-facing roles  at a B2B SaaS company.
Familiarity with SQL, scripting or data analytics for basic troubleshooting.
