An Oracle Unifier Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of Oracle's Unifier software within an organization. This involves planning, executing, and controlling projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the defined scope. The role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of Oracle Unifier, and the ability to manage stakeholders and teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, and managing project execution.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborating with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and vendors, to ensure alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Resource Management:
Identifying and allocating the necessary resources, including personnel, budget, and other materials, to support project activities.
Risk Management:
Identifying potential risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies, and managing risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Oracle Unifier Expertise:
Possessing a strong understanding of Oracle Unifier's functionalities, configuration, and integration capabilities.
Team Leadership:
Leading and motivating project teams, providing guidance and support, and fostering a collaborative environment.
Communication and Reporting:
Providing regular project updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and visibility into project progress.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Defining and managing testing strategies, ensuring the quality of the implemented solution, and coordinating user acceptance testing.
Issue Resolution:
Identifying and resolving project-related issues and roadblocks, ensuring that the project stays on track.
Change Management:
Managing changes to project scope, requirements, or timelines, ensuring that changes are properly documented and communicated.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a project manager, with a focus on Oracle-based solutions.
Certified Oracle Project Manager (preferred).
Strong understanding of Oracle Unifier and its capabilities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Proven track record of successful project delivery.
