Position: Webflow Lead & Web Design Manager (m/f/d)
Location: Bengaluru

We are looking for an experienced Webflow designer and developer in our company Mistura, to take ownership of the entire creative and technical side of our web communications. You will not only build sophisticated websites yourself but also establish the structures, processes and quality standards for the entire team.

You will report directly to the European management team of Mistura, and its content creators and take responsibility for the professional development of a young team in Bengaluru, India consisting of two UX designers who already have initial experience with Webflow.

What You Will Work On
You will develop and maintain websites for:
A highly successful European engineering company with an international presence
A foundation working on the digital transformation of manufacturing together with leading technology and research partners such as Intel, TÜV SÜD, IONOS and Fraunhofer

Within the Industry Fusion Foundation, innovative solutions for connected and digital manufacturing are being developed. These include an open and sovereign industrial data infrastructure, semantic process data twins, secure data spaces, and AI agents that enable machines and production systems to interact intelligently. Initiatives such as Industry Fusion-X, XANA AI and X-Share are key components of this work.

Your Responsibilities

Webflow Design & Development
Take overall responsibility for the design, technical implementation and quality of our websites
Build and maintain responsive, production-ready websites in Webflow
Translate Figma designs into pixel-accurate, animation-rich Webflow experiences
Create well-structured CMS architectures with collections, dynamic content and reusable components
Develop micro-animations, scroll-based interactions, hover effects and page transitions
Use Webflow’s native features as well as GSAP, Lottie and custom code where required
Integrate third-party tools, external APIs, forms, CRM systems and analytics solutions
Set up and maintain multilingual websites
Optimize performance, SEO, accessibility and user experience
Maintain, troubleshoot and continuously improve existing websites

Team Leadership & Project Management
Provide professional and day-to-day leadership for two UX designers
Support the team’s development in web design, UX and Webflow
Coordinate the handover from Figma to Webflow
Plan and manage projects, timelines, deliverables and quality standards
Run regular check-ins and stand-up meetings
Help the team overcome technical and organizational challenges
Coordinate with other involved teams
Report project status, timelines and risks directly to the European management team
Document design, handover and Webflow development standards

Your Profile
Minimum 3 years hands-on Webflow development experience (CMS, interactions/animations, responsive design, custom code)
Excellent understanding of layout, typography, responsive design, UX and visual quality
Confident use of Figma and experience translating designs into Webflow

Experience with Webflow CMS, interactions and reusable components
Technical understanding of custom code, integrations and APIs
A structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
Willingness to take ownership and go the extra mile when required
Motivation to share knowledge and develop a team professionally
Bachelor's degree in any technical stream (BTech / BE / equivalent)
Good written and spoken English
German language skills are an advantage but are explicitly not required
