Key Responsibilities:
Facility Management:
Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including office maintenance and housekeeping.
Manage vendor relationships for office supplies, equipment servicing, and utilities.
Monitor and maintain office security systems (CCTV, Biometric Systems)
Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
Support travel bookings, in-office events, and administrative logistics.
IT Administration:
Be the first point of contact for internal IT issues.
Set up and manage employee devices (Windows and Mac Book)
Create and manage user accounts, email access, and permissions.
Coordinate with IT vendors for installations, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Maintain and update records of IT inventory, software licenses, and warranty details.
Monitor and maintain networks (WIFI's), servers, and data storage systems.
Configure, install, and upgrade hardware and software as per company needs.
Implement and maintain IT security protocols and access controls.
Perform regular system diagnostics, backups, and data recovery planning.
