We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT leader to oversee enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud operations, and technology governance while ensuring high availability, security, and scalability of all IT systems.
Position Summary
The Senior Manager - IT Infrastructure & Security will be responsible for designing, managing, and securing the organization's IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. The role will lead infrastructure operations, cybersecurity initiatives, technology projects, disaster recovery planning, and vendor management while ensuring compliance with regulatory and business requirements.
This position requires a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise, people management skills, and experience in building secure and resilient technology environments.
Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure Management
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networks, databases, and end-user computing.
Manage hybrid environments including on-premises servers / Overall IT infrastructure and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and reliability of business-critical systems.
Oversee infrastructure capacity planning and technology refresh initiatives.
Develop and maintain infrastructure standards, policies, and operating procedures .
Information Security & Cybersecurity
Develop and implement enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy and roadmap.
Manage security operations including:
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Endpoint Security
SIEM Monitoring
Network Security
Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT)
Incident Response
Security Awareness Programs
Lead risk assessments and security audits.
Ensure timely remediation of security vulnerabilities and threats.
Establish and monitor security controls aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements .
Cloud & Digital Infrastructure
Drive cloud migration, cloud governance, and optimization initiatives.
Implement cloud security best practices and controls.
Manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD, virtualization platforms, and collaboration tools.
Ensure secure integration between cloud and on-premise environments.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and internal policies.
Support audits related to ITGC, ISO 27001, cybersecurity, and data privacy requirements.
Develop IT policies, SOPs, and risk management frameworks.
Track and report IT risk metrics and security KPIs to management.
Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery
Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) frameworks.
Conduct periodic DR drills and resilience testing.
Ensure backup strategies and recovery objectives meet business requirements .
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and security partners.
Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and support agreements.
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align infrastructure and security initiatives with organizational goals.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor infrastructure and security teams.
Build technical capabilities and succession plans.
Foster a culture of operational excellence, security awareness, and continuous improvement .
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
Master's degree (preferred).
Professional certifications such as:
CISSP
CISM
CCNP/CCIE
Microsoft Azure Administrator/Security Certifications
AWS Security Certifications
ITIL Foundation or higher
Experience
12-15 years of overall IT experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing enterprise IT infrastructure and cybersecurity functions.
Proven experience in cloud technologies, cybersecurity operations, and infrastructure transformation projects.
Experience leading technology teams and managing enterprise-scale environments.
