Overview
We are looking for a strong SAP S/4
HANA FICO Consultant with deep functional expertise and hands-on experience across multiple end‑to‑end implementations. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in SAP Finance and Controlling modules and be well-versed with all phases of S/4
HANA greenfield projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support SAP S/4
HANA FICO implementations across all project phases — blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
Configure and optimize FICO sub‑modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Product Costing, Margin Analysis, and Treasury .
Provide functional expertise for financial processes, month-end/year-end closing, and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and support testing cycles.
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for SAP FICO processes.
Required Skills & Experience
12–15 years of SAP FICO experience.
2–3 full-cycle S/4
HANA greenfield implementations (mandatory).
Strong understanding of all implementation phases — requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
Solid knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Margin Analysis, and Treasury .
Experience with SAP ECC is an added advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
Experience working in manufacturing or large enterprise environments.
Exposure to integration with SD, MM, PP, and other modules.
SAP certification in FICO or S/4
HANA Finance.
