Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced  ERP Functional Analyst  with strong expertise in either of the ERP ecosystem Oracle or SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience as a functional consultant, with a deep understanding of  end-to-end business process flows  such as  Order-to-Invoice  and  Procure-to-Pay cycles . The role also requires exposure to  data migration activities , including  data mapping and ETL processes , and familiarity with  Databricks basics .

Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and document processes using  standard business process models  and  data flow diagrams .
Prepare  functional specifications  and collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions.
Perform  functional testing  of developed components and ensure quality deliverables.
Provide  user support  for troubleshooting application and process issues.
Participate in  data migration  from legacy systems, including  data mapping and ETL activities .
Work in  Agile environments  and contribute to sprint planning and execution.

Required Skills & Expertise
Strong functional knowledge of  Oracle EBS R12 SCM Modules  (OM, PO, Pricing, Inventory, Costing).
Understanding of  Order-to-Cash  and  Procure-to-Pay  cycles.
Exposure to  SAP  or  Microsoft Dynamics  ERP systems is a plus.
Experience in  data migration ,  ETL tools , and  data mapping .
Basic knowledge of  Databricks  and  SQL .
Excellent  oral and written communication skills ; ability to handle project/client/stakeholders calls independently.

Preferred Skills
Experience in  Agile methodology  and working on Agile projects.
Ability to guide technical consultants and ensure timely delivery.
