Our platform brings together infrastructure observability, AI workload performance, DCIM, Fin Ops and intelligent operations to help enterprises and data center operators manage increasingly complex AI infrastructure are looking for an ambitious, technically sharp Pre-Sales Engineer (Solutions Engineer / Sales Engineer) with 2 to 3 years of experience to support our growing enterprise sales efforts across the Middle East and Asia-Pacific (APAC).In
this role, you will work alongside our commercial and technical teams to deliver compelling product demos, support technical evaluations (PoCs), and answer technical questionnaires for enterprise prospects. What you will do
Prepare and deliver clear, hands-on product walkthroughs showing prospective customers how our platform tracks multi-cloud costs, monitors container spend, and identifies idle infrastructure waste.
Assist customers during Proof-of-Concept stages by helping configure integrations, connecting telemetry feeds (Prometheus, Open Telemetry), and validating that data is flowing correctly.
Complete technical RFP/RFI responses, security questionnaires, and architecture checklists, coordinating with senior engineering colleagues when deep architectural escalations are needed.
Shadow discovery conversations with client platform engineers and Dev Ops leads across the Middle East and APAC to understand their current cloud setup, pain points, and monitoring tools.
Use APIs and basic scripting to customize demo environments, simulate cost scenarios, and showcase specific customer use cases.
Proactively use AI assistants and modern productivity tools to draft proposal sections, format data, and speed up turnaround times on customer queries.
Required Qualifications:
2–3 years of hands-on experience in technical pre-sales, technical support, cloud engineering, or customer-facing solutions engineering.
Solid practical knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI) and core concepts around compute, storage, and networking.
Practical understanding of Docker and Kubernetes concepts (pods, name spaces, resource requests/limits).
Familiarity with modern monitoring and metrics tools (such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or Open Telemetry).
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to run technical presentations and demos for prospective buyers.
Based in or comfortable supporting accounts across the Middle East (GCC) and APAC time zones.
A clear drive to master emerging areas like GPU workload economics, modern AI infrastructure, and Fin Ops.
Preferred Qualifications
Basic familiarity with cloud billing concepts (AWS Cost Explorer, Azure Cost Management, or basic Fin Ops principles).
Exposure to basic scripting in Python, Bash, or SQL to query data or test REST APIs.
Familiarity with on-premises data centers, private cloud setups, or power metrics (PUE).
Exposure to enterprise customers in the GCC or Asia-Pacific region.
