SAP Vistex Consultant

Location: Bengaluru

Key responsibilities:

- Lead the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP Vistex solutions within a global SAP ERP environment.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable SAP Vistex solutions.
- Drive end-to-end solution delivery, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
- Collaborate closely with business teams from Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and Pricing functions.
- Provide expert guidance on Vistex processes such as:

- Rebates and Incentives
- Chargebacks
- Billbacks
- Pricing Agreements
- Royalties and Licensing
- Claims Management

- Support integration between SAP Vistex and SAP ECC/S4

HANA and related enterprise platforms.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Participate in global transformation and ERP modernization programs.

Required qualifications:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Vistex.
- Strong experience implementing and supporting Vistex solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding of SAP ERP processes and integration points.

- Experience with at least one or more of the following areas:
a) Incentives & Paybacks
b) Rebates
c) Pricing
d) Revenue Management
e) Chargebacks and Claims

- Strong knowledge of SAP SD and integration with other SAP modules.
- Experience working in international and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience with SAP S/4

HANA transformations.
- Pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or highly regulated industry experience.
- Familiarity with SAP BTP and modern SAP architecture.
- Experience working in Agile and Dev Ops delivery models.
- SAP and/or Vistex certifications are considered a plus.
