JOB DESCRIPTION:
IT Infrastructure L3 resources with 6 to 8 Years of experience
Good understanding on Intune, Azure & Windows
365
Operations and Deployment knowledge on Windows
365
Experienced in consulting, designing, and implementing Windows
365 solutions
Hands on experience in implementing and supporting of Intune and Windows
365
Good skills on Windows Client and Server OS,
Microsoft Intune Endpoint Manager Administration and Architecture:
Manage and maintain Windows
365 devices using Microsoft Intune.
Intune policy creation and troubleshooting
Autopilot implementation and troubleshooting
Compliance and configuration policy implementation and troubleshooting
Application creation via Intune and troubleshooting
Windows updates implementation and troubleshooting for Intune;
Configure Optimization & Security features on hostpools
Manage and optimize Defender for Endpoint, implement endpoint protection and device encryption with Bit Locker, and enforce Microsoft Security Baselines on endpoints. Collaborate with Security teams to monitor Security scores, utilize Defender for 365 and Identity, Sentinel, Conditional Access, and integrate other emerging MS Cloud security features.
Apply updates in small batches, Applications, OS Patches and deploy through Intune and test OS update using Azure Update Management
Plan upgrade during off business hours when most sessions hosts are free, and apply updates in free machines so that work is least impacted
Able to Work with MS for any ongoing critical issues
Knowledge on Group Policy , Active Directory and Registry settings.
In-depth knowledge of Azure services - AAD, AADS, Policies, Backup, Azure Firewall, Security, & Azure Monitor
Experience with other VDI Solutions Citrix & VMware Horizon products will be an added advantage
AZ104, ITIL, & AZ900 Certification will be an added advantage
Good analytical and communication skills and willing to take up the ownership
