The Opportunity:

We are looking for senior hands-on consultants who can independently design and deliver complex Nutanix and hybrid-cloud solutions. This is a consulting and implementation role—not a monitoring/operations role. You should be comfortable leading customer workshops, producing architecture, implementing the solution, troubleshooting difficult issues and owning technical quality through handover.

Technical Scope
Nutanix AOS, AHV and Prism Central.
Nutanix Cloud Infrastructure architecture and deployment.
NCM Self-Service / automation and API-driven infrastructure workflows.
Flow Networking and Flow Network Security.
Nutanix Unified Storage – Files and Objects.
Data protection, disaster recovery and recovery design.
Nutanix Move and VMware/Hyper-V/legacy-platform migration.
Nutanix Kubernetes Platform exposure and cloud-native integrations.
Enterprise identity, DNS/IPAM, network/security and third-party platform integrations.
Terraform, Ansible, Python or Power Shell automation where appropriate.

What You’ll Do
Lead customer discovery, assessment and technical design workshops.
Translate requirements into HLD/LLD, implementation plans and validation criteria.
Design and deploy Nutanix infrastructure and associated platform services.
Lead migration planning and execution for complex virtualization workloads.
Design networking, storage, security, automation and DR solutions around the customer environment.
Perform complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
Build or guide API-driven integrations and repeatable automation with the automation team.
Participate as a technical SME in pre-sales, estimation and SOW development.
Create reusable technical assets, best practices and delivery patterns.
Mentor consultants and junior engineers and raise technical standards across the practice.
Own technical quality from design through deployment, validation and handover.

What We’re Looking For
Strong hands-on Nutanix implementation experience in enterprise production environments.
Deep virtualization, compute, networking and storage fundamentals.

Experience with architecture, deployment, migration and troubleshooting—not only administration.
Strong customer consulting and technical communication skills.
Ability to independently drive an engagement and make defensible design decisions.
Ability to document architecture and explain trade-offs clearly.
