Job Summary:

Workday Reporting & Analytics is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions to support HR, Finance, Payroll, Talent, and business stakeholders. This role will partner with functional teams to transform business requirements into actionable insights, ensure data integrity, and deliver scalable reporting solutions that drive informed decision-making.

The position plays a critical role in enabling data-driven business decisions by providing accurate, timely, and meaningful workforce and operational analytics through Workday reporting tools and data visualization platforms.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring:

Availability of accurate and reliable Workday data for business reporting and decision-making.
Effective utilization of Workday reporting capabilities, including Standard Reports, Custom Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, Discovery Boards, and Dashboards.
Timely delivery of operational, compliance, regulatory, and executive reporting requirements.
Consistent data governance, security, and reporting standards across Workday.
Identification of workforce trends and business insights through analytics and reporting.
Continuous improvement of reporting processes, automation, and self-service analytics capabilities.
Alignment of reporting solutions with organizational objectives and business priorities.

Experience Level: 3-6 years of Workday experience with 3 years of hands-on experience in Workday Reporting & Dashboard.

Key Responsibilities:

Workday Reporting & Analytics
Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, scorecards, and analytics solutions.
Build and support Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Trending, and Calculated Field-based reports.
Develop Discovery Boards and executive dashboards for leadership reporting.
Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
Create and maintain report documentation, data definitions, and reporting catalogues.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, Talent Management, and business leaders to understand reporting needs.
Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and recommend reporting best practices.
Provide consulting and guidance on Workday reporting capabilities.
Data Quality & Governance
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across Workday reporting outputs.
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis.
Support audit, compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements.
Maintain adherence to security and data privacy policies.
Reporting Operations & Support
Troubleshoot report issues and investigate data discrepancies.
Manage report schedules, notifications, and distribution processes.
Support Workday releases by conducting impact assessments and regression testing.
Monitor reporting performance and optimize for efficiency.
