Qualification :
Bachelors in Interaction Design, UI/UX Design Need
B.Des/M.Des candidates only
Domain Specific:
Medical domain UI/UX exp will be advantage
Detailed JD
Junior UX Designer :
UI/UX Design - High fidelity dev ready designs
Proficiency in applying Enterprise Design language system, Tool kits, etc.
Visual Design – icon/custom elements creation
Documentation of Design rationale, Design Specs, etc.
Developer handoffs, Gap analysis
Lead / Sr. UX Designer :
In addition to the skills of UX Designer…
Design team Governance
Design QA
Developer guidance and Basic understanding of Front-End development technicalities of React/Angular
