Asset Management Manager

With 1,800+ devices across Bangalore, Mumbai, and the US, we’re looking for a Manager – Asset Management who can build, streamline, and scale our asset management function from the ground up.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building systems, driving automation, managing IT assets at scale, and leading teams in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Own
Own the complete IT asset lifecycle from procurement and allocation to tracking, maintenance, and decommissioning
Build and streamline asset management processes using Fresh Service, Service Now, or similar ITSM platforms
Drive device compliance through MDM, security baselines, OS patching, and lifecycle controls
Manage hardware procurement, vendor relationships, negotiations, and SLAs
Lead audit readiness and ensure accurate asset records and compliance documentation for ISO 27001 and ITGC
Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency
Oversee asset-related tickets, device movements, and lifecycle processes across locations
Lead, mentor, and develop the Asset Management team

What You’ll Bring
5–6 years of experience in IT Asset Management or IT Operations
1–2 years of experience managing a team
Hands-on experience with Fresh Service, Service Now, or equivalent ITSM tools
Strong understanding of MDM solutions such as Jamf, Jump Cloud, or Microsoft Intune
Experience managing hardware procurement, vendors, audits, and compliance
Strong process orientation with the ability to build systems and workflows from scratch
Experience working across multiple offices or geographies is an added advantage
