Own end-to-end release management for enterprise endpoint environment, ensuring reliable, low-risk deployments through endpoint management Solutions (Workspace ONE/Intune) with strong governance, execution discipline, and operational stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full release lifecycle: planning, scheduling, execution, and validation

• Define release windows, rollout strategy, and deployment plans

• Ensure compliance with change management and governance processes

• Drive large-scale deployments (apps, patches, configurations) via endpoint management Solutions (Workspace One/Intune)

• Provide regular status reporting, create & maintain dashboards, and stakeholder communication
• Coordinate across Engineering, Support, and Business teams

• Track and manage releases using Jira and related tooling Skills & Experience Required

• Expertise in Program, Release & Delivery Management

• Leverage AI Tools to accelerate deliverables of Self and Team

• Deep understanding of Agile (Kanban/Scrum)

• Knowledge of EUC environments & device lifecycle

• Experience with Workspace ONE or similar MDM platforms

• Strong governance, change management & risk control

• Hands-on experience with Jira for tracking and release coordination

• Excellent stakeholder management & execution discipline

• Application packaging (EUC)

• Windows & macOS environments

• Scripting & automation (Power Shell, Python, Shell)

• Exposure to Service Now / deployment / reporting tools

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in CS / IT or related field

• 7+ years of experience, including 3–5 years in Program/Release/Delivery manager roles
