We are seeking experienced Techno-Functional Consultants, Functional Consultants specializing in Oracle Primavera Unifier to lead the design, implementation, configuration, and integration of enterprise project management solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business processes and technical architecture-translating project management requirements into robust Unifier workflows, BI Publisher reporting, and integrated data flows.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Implementation: Lead the end-to-end design, development, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Primavera Unifier solutions tailored to client project management frameworks.
Business Process & Workflow Design: Facilitate blueprinting and requirement-gathering sessions to design and construct custom Business Processes (BPs), workflows, user interfaces, and administrative rules in Unifier.
Integrations & Data Migration: Oversee seamless data migration from legacy platforms and manage API/middleware integrations between Primavera Unifier and other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, Primavera P6).
Reporting & Analytics: Develop complex SQL scripts, custom queries, dashboards, and BI Publisher reports to drive project tracking and executive decision-making.
Documentation & Training: Prepare technical design documents, system architecture diagrams, and user training manuals while conducting post-implementation support sessions.
Required Qualifications & Skills Mandatory Skills
Core Product Expertise:
Oracle Primavera Unifier (Hands-on experience with Unifier uDesigner, Data Structure, Shell Templates, and Business Process configuration).
Project Management Tools: Strong core understanding of the Oracle Primavera ecosystem.
Technical & Functional Competencies
Deep experience in developing and configuring BI Publisher reports and custom dashboards for Primavera applications.
Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for database extract/transform operations.
Practical knowledge of enterprise integrations involving Primavera Unifier and backend ERP systems.
Strong background in requirement gathering, technical blueprinting, and client presentation.
