As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering timely solutions to maintain system stability and performance. The position demands continuous interaction with different teams to ensure seamless operation and support of critical applications, fostering a collaborative environment to address complex technical problems effectively.

Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).

- Strong knowledge of application support methodologies and troubleshooting techniques related to enterprise planning and budgeting systems.

- Experience in diagnosing and resolving complex software issues within integrated business environments.

- Ability to analyze system logs, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.

- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of Oracle Planning and Budgeting  Excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS)
