This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Associate at Patil & Singh LLP | Advocates Since 1999. The role involves working closely on a range of matters, providing legal support through research, drafting, client interactions, and court appearances.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- - Dive deep into legal research and help build strong, well-supported cases.
- Draft precise and persuasive pleadings, petitions, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Work directly with clients—understand their needs, keep them informed, and build trust.
- Attend court proceedings, assist during hearings, and coordinate filings with accuracy.
QUALIFICATIONS
- - Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized university in India
- Practical knowledge of court procedures and filing processes.
- Prior experience in court practice preferred.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
