What you’ll do

Managing Stock Levels

- Ensure IT device availability in warehouses worldwide.
- Detect stock shortages early and initiate proactive measures.
- Manage orders from initiation to reconciliation.

Inventory Controlling

- Monitor worldwide stocks daily.
- Compare daily goods movements between systems.
- Ensure data synchronization accuracy and monitor failure rates.
- Highlight critical tickets to stakeholders.

Audits

- Conduct regular stock audits to verify inventory accuracy.
- Identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Forecast Planning

- Predict future inventory needs based on historical data and market trends.
- Plan for seasonal fluctuations and demand spikes.
- Optimize stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.

What you’ll need

Qualifications and Skills

- Education:

Bachelor's degree
- Educational

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree.

- Experience:

5 years in inventory supply chain within the IT industry.
- Self-Motivation:
Independent and motivated.
- Time Management:
Organized and efficient under pressure.
- Flexibility:
Willing to work in shifts.
- Communication

Skills:

Effective communicator.

- Role Understanding:
Know your role and process interfaces.
- Performance Evaluation:
Assess performance and spot issues.
- Relationship Building:

- Process Identification:
Find process changes independently.
