- Knowledge of construction materials and standards.
- Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems.
- Expertise in commercial evaluations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Procurement
- Analyze project BOQs, material specifications, and drawings.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers.
- Conduct market intelligence on pricing trends and supply risks.
Vendor Management
- Conduct vendor performance evaluations.
- Perform vendor audits for compliance.
Negotiation & Contracting
- Negotiations for pricing, delivery and commercial terms.
- Prepare purchase orders and work order.
Inventory & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate material delivery schedules with project teams.
- Optimize logistics and freight planning.
- Track and expedite shipments.
Cost & Budget Control
- Prepare cost estimates and procurement budgets.
- Monitor cost variances and procurement KPIs.
- Support value-engineering initiatives.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain accurate procurement records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Support audits and quality assurance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with Engineering, Contracts, Quality, Finance, and Project teams.
- Participate in project review meetings.
- Resolve material-related issues promptly.
