Key Requirements:



Experience:

6 to 8 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or planning roles within retail, apparel, or FMCG industries.


Education:

MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field preferred.
 Strong analytical skills with expertise in demand forecasting, inventory management, and OTB planning.
 Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, and 3PL operations.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, WMS, and data analytics tools.
 Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Planning & Forecasting:
 Develop and implement demand planning strategies to ensure optimal stock levels.
 Forecast demand based on historical data, market trends, and business strategy.
 Collaborate with sales, marketing, and merchandising teams for accurate demand planning.
 Optimize Open-to-Buy (OTB) planning to balance inventory investment and business growth.
Inventory Management & Supply Chain Operations:
 Oversee end-to-end inventory management, ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time.
 Maintain healthy inventory turnover ratios and reduce slow-moving or obsolete stock.
 Optimize domestic supply chain operations, ensuring timely inbound and outbound logistics.
 Work closely with vendors, 3PL partners, and logistics providers for smooth operations.
Warehouse & Distribution Operations:
 Manage warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely fulfillment.
 Implement best practices for warehousing, storage, and last-mile delivery.
 Monitor operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction.
MIS Reporting & Cost Optimization:
 Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports on demand, inventory, and logistics.
 Track key performance metrics, including stock health, fill rates, and supply chain costs.
 Identify cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain without compromising service levels.
 Ensure compliance with financial planning and budgetary controls.
Process Improvement & Technology Integration:
 Implement technology-driven solutions for better planning, inventory accuracy, and reporting.
 Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives in supply chain operations.
 Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.
