Roles and Responsibilities:

Gather demand information, analyze trends, and adjust production schedules accordingly.
Manage inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess inventory.
Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely material availability and secure materials while maintaining supplier relationships.
Align production schedules with inventory management.
Make informed decisions within the scope of assigned tasks using advanced knowledge and analytical skills.
Handle complex and senior-level tasks compared to Sr. Associate II.
Adhere to Good Practice (GxP) regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring quality control, and completing required training.
Meet individual job requirements and contribute to organizational compliance.
Commit to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance, ensuring all associates adhere to GxP regulations.

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of supply chain management processes including planning, procurement, and logistics
Proficiency in material planning and inventory management techniques
Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier relationship management
Familiarity with SAP PP or other ERP systems for production and material planning
Ability to analyze demand trends and adjust production schedules accordingly
Knowledge of Good Practice (GxP) regulations, SOPs, and quality control requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for decision-making in supply chain operations
Capability to handle complex tasks and coordinate across multiple functions
Attention to detail, documentation skills, and commitment to regulatory compliance
Ability to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain processes

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
