Job Description
1. Demand forecasting, planning for raw materials requirement.

Monitoring stock levels regularly and maintain the reports.
Responsible for receiving all materials and store them in an organized manner.
Inspect receipt for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.
Requesting raw materials (MR) to purchase in a timely manner and follow-up regularly with purchase team
Minimizing stock outs and overstocking
Identifying potential bottlenecks
Ensure Complete Documentation of all Receipt, Issue & Shortage and Sent Material.
Coordinating with Quality Team Regarding Incoming Quality.
Monitoring outward materials and outward activities
Proper storing as per stacking norms & Following FIFO, FEFO Method.
Maintaining 5S
Training - to subordinates for new products and raw materials.
Reconciliation of materials on monthly basis make physically Stock.
Monitoring activities of casual Laborers.
Scheduling orders and pending orders.
Coordinating with transporter for dispatches and incoming materials.
Monitors demand and analyses data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Implementing new proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve efficacy of supply chain logistics.
Maintaining a positive and productive work environment

Requirements

Inventory / Supply Chain Professional
Manufacturing Company Experience (Interior Industry Preferable)
Any ERP experience
Advanced Excel experience
Good Communication & Leadership Skills
