Vice President Supply Chain

Location: Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations across India, parts of Asia, and the USA
Provide strategic direction and execution oversight to the supply chain back office team in Pune
Optimize supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory management processes
Ensure alignment between supply chain, sales, and production functions
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost optimization across the supply chain
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and international counterparts
Implement best practices from MNC environments to achieve operational excellence
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and performance across global teams
