Roles & Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals
Optimize processes across procurement, logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment
Drive supply chain digital transformation initiatives
Team Leadership
Lead large, geographically distributed teams (central + ground operations)
Build high-performance supply chain teams and foster collaboration
Operational Excellence
Ensure efficiency, cost reduction, and service level improvements
Monitor KPIs like order fulfillment rates, inventory turnover, logistics costs
Risk Management & Compliance
Identify risks (supplier disruptions, logistics bottlenecks) and implement mitigation plans
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards across regions
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Manage key vendor relationships for procurement and logistics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, finance)
Technology & Data-Driven Decision Making
Implement supply chain management software and analytics platforms
Leverage data to forecast demand and manage inventory effectively
